• Talk to users/customers (you do this a bunch throughout the process)
• Conduct competitive research
• Define the product strategy
• Create surveys
• Sketch/whiteboard (an absolute s**tload)
• Build prototypes
• Test with users
• Content strategy/copywriting
• Visual design
• Present concepts, designs, and usability reports
• Create documentation for the team
