Graphic, visual, UI, and web designers are incredibly well-positioned to become top-performing UX designers. Yet, UX isn’t for everyone. To find out if it’s right for you, try our free 7-day UX design course and see what you think!

You’ll come out of this program having created a full, unique case study following the UX process. You’ll work on a project that you genuinely care about, not any pre-canned projects.
You’ll walk away with the ability to back up your design decisions with data. And you'll have the confidence to apply the UX process on any problem.

Second, you need consistent access to a computer.

Absolutely! Many companies are willing to invest in your continued education.
And, if you need extra help convincing them to pay, you get to choose the projects you work on during our program. That means you could work on a company project starting day one.
If there's more than 5 of you in your company interested in joining, your company can get a discount. Check out our team plan information above.
There's no down payment. To secure your seat, pay in full or choose to pay over a few months.
Be sure you're 100% committed to joining our program because once you've paid, the only way to get a refund is by following our "One-year guarantee." Put simply, if you enroll, watch all of the videos, attend the weekly calls, do all of the work, and don’t feel you've improved as a UX designer within 365 days, we’ll provide you a full refund and give you an extra $200 out of our own pockets. On average, expect to dedicate 8 to 12 hours per week for videos and assignments.
For intense weeks, expect to spend at least 12 to 20 hours.
We purposefully added a break week in the program to give you a breather and to help others catch up if they've fallen behind.
If you're not able to catch up, that's alright too. You'll always have access to the program. So you can go back and watch the videos and do the assignments at your leisure.
You’ll get access to your mentors every single week during our Monday meetings. We’ll address any concerns you may have, answer your questions, and help you to go through the program successfully. We'll also be available to answer questions through our chat.
Students who purchased the UX/UI+ plan get 10 hours of 1-on-1 mentorship (1-hour weekly meeting). During those calls, we'll meet individually with each student, go through their work, provide feedback, address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance.
UX Intensive is 100% online. We welcome everyone, wherever you are in the world.
Yet, there are two exceptions.
First, you’ll need to be able to access Zoom to participate in meetings. If you live in a country where you can't access Zoom, unfortunately, you won’t be able to join our program.
Second, the program and meetings are taught/facilitated in American English. With that in mind, you must be fluent in English to get the most out of this program.
If you get into the program, we’ll let you select your time preferences the peer-to-peer meetings so that it’s easy on you and your peers’ schedules.
While we encourage you to attend as many of them as possible, we understand that you won’t be able to participate from time to time. We recommend that you follow at least 9 of the 10 meetings (to be eligible for the one-year guarantee, you must attend at least 9 meetings).
Monday meetings are with the entire cohort and are recorded. If you can’t make it, you can still watch it later.
Friday meetings are peer-to-peer only and are in small groups of 4. You’ll be able to select the time that suits you best on Fridays, and we will match you with people who have similar time preferences as you. These smaller meetings aren’t recorded; think of them as breakout rooms.
Yes! At the end of the program, we’ll send a certificate of completion as proof that you went through UX Intensive. Print it, marvel at it, show it off to your friends or not. Up to you!
This program isn't intended to help you transition to UX. And even if it was, we don't believe in job guarantees. To us, they're shady. Instead, we decided to offer a rock-solid one-year guarantee. We obsess over our program quality, and we tested everything with students to make sure that our content works.
We’re confident that you’ll achieve the results you’re looking for if you do the work. If you’ve taken part in the weekly meetings, done the work, and didn’t get results, we’ll refund you. No problemo.
On the other hand, large corporations often choose to offer job guarantees to reduce the mental barriers of potential buyers (and increase their revenue).
The problem... Have you ever looked at the stipulations on their job guarantees? The lists are a mile long. If you miss one of the stipulations, you’re no longer eligible for the guarantee.
That type of legal mumbo-jumbo is not our style. Goodbye job guarantees, hello money-back guarantees.
